Pet-friendly policies

(Law No. 9458) Animal Welfare:

This is strictly prohibited:

  • Abuse.
  • Illegal vivisection.
  • Fight training.
  • Abandonment.

(Law No. 7451) Obligations of owners:

  • Maintain hygienic conditions.
  • Provide water/food.
  • Collect waste.
  • Use safety measures.

Internal Regulations

  1. Only pets weighing up to 10kg are allowed.
  2. Your pet must always remain with its collar and leash in any area of the hotel except inside the room.
  3. It must be up to date with its vaccinations, therefore, free of parasites.
  4. Standing inside or within at least 2 meters of the edge of the pool is not allowed.
  5. In the event that your pet exhibits aggressive behavior or excessive noise, we reserve the right to request that you remove your pet from the hotel premises.
  6. He should not be left alone in the room for his own well-being and safety, in accordance with (Law No. 9458).
  7. The person responsible for the pet must pick up its excrement in any area of the hotel, in accordance with (Law No. 7451)
  8. It is forbidden to use kitchen utensils to provide any care (water or food) to the pet.
  9. Pets are prohibited from using hotel furniture or furniture in the room (armchairs or beds).
  10. Refundable deposit: ₡35000 colones
  • Check-in: Upon arrival, a deposit is required, which will be refunded after the inspection.
  • Check-out: Upon departure, a check will be carried out to verify if there is any damage.
  • In the event of any damage, the aforementioned deposit will be duly charged.
  • If the damage exceeds the value of the deposit, the difference will be charged at check-out.
  • You must remove your pet's fur from the room, as an excessive amount will incur a charge of ₡10,000 colones for deep cleaning.
